Websites without the fluff

Filamint

Filamint started as a question: could I automate most of the process of building websites for industries that traditionally don’t have a strong online presence? Trades like roofing are full of established, well-reviewed businesses whose websites are a decade old or missing entirely — not because they don’t care, but because everything on the market asks them to become a website manager on top of running their company.

Automating the production side is what makes the service work. Most of the build process is handled by tooling I put together, which means a site that would normally take weeks of agency back-and-forth comes out fast and at a price a small business will actually say yes to. The client’s side stays simple: a short conversation, a flat quote that includes hosting, and a launched site. There’s no page builder, no plugins, and no dashboard — when they want something changed, they message us and it goes live.

Each site comes out lean and clean under the hood, which is what search engines rank and what AI assistants can read when they answer questions like “who should I call about my roof.” Below you can see the pipeline that runs it all — leads move through ranking, design, build, verification, deployment, and outreach, with an AI agent doing the production work at each stage — followed by recent builds for roofing contractors across Ontario, each one designed to look like it came from a design studio, not a template.
